Roles and Responsibilities

The motorcoach operator performs various tasks related to the transportation of passengers aboard motorcoaches. Groups travel with us because they are going somewhere fun or just traveling for pleasure. This can put the operator in a position to truly enjoy a driving job while being part of a group. A motorcoach operator will see and experience an entirely new world. The mindset of a driver always has to be focused on SAFETY. We carry all ages of people; senior citizens, middle age adults, teenagers and children. Parents and family members trust that you are physically and mentally prepared for the job. Some of our clients are travel clubs, tour operators, colleges and universities, high schools, middle schools, businesses, families, and the government. We schedule many trips to casinos, ball games, theater events at the civic centers, airports, conventions, ski trips, factory tours, and anything else you can think of. Driving a motorcoach is not a typical job. Hours are irregular and the days are typically long. Work schedules are unpredictable and operators must be flexible. Operators are required to perform pre-trip inspections, fuel, tidy up, and perform post trip inspections in addition to driving the motorcoach. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. We take people anywhere and anytime as long as there is a road to it.
