Spanning a quarter mile across is the world’s highest suspension bridge, a man-made marvel as inspiring as the Eiffel Tower. You can brave a breathtaking ride in the world’s longest single-span Aerial Tram, hold on tight aboard the world’s steepest Incline Railway, and stroll across the bridge. Overnight in Cripple Creek.

Day Five
Today you will take in the sights around Colorado Springs including The Garden of the Gods, The U.S. Air Force Academy, and Pike’s Peak. The Garden of the Gods is a 1,300+ acre park at the base of Pike’s Peak. Flora and fauna reflect the rich diversity of the crossroad, and towering red sandstone formations tell a unique geological story. Pike’s Peak was discovered by Lt. Zebulon Pike and immortalized in 1893 by Katherine Lee Bates when she penned the lyrics to “America the Beautiful” after visiting the summit. Overnight in Cripple Creek.

Day Six
